Meghwal said the CoE will contribute in making India a hub of international auditing.
"Chartered accountants should act as brand ambassadors of Good and Services Act (GST) and work towards its implementation," he said at the event.
Meghwal urged chartered accountants to help people in understanding the technical aspects of the GST, which will come into effect from July 1.
She said chartered accountant can work to clear doubts of traders and common man for effective implementation of GST.
"It is a proud moment for the state to have country's second ICAI Centre of Excellence. It is the first centre in the northern India. Students passing CA examination from the state will definitely get benefited with the centre," Raje said in her address.
