ICCR opens regional centre in Srinagar
ICCR President Karan Singh inaugurated the regional centre on the banks of Dal Lake in the presence of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and urged the artistes to take benefits of the centre.
"There is immense talent in the state and artistes should take benefit from the Centre," Singh, a senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha member, told the gathering on the occasion.
With this, Jammu and Kashmir has become the only state in the country where two regional centres of ICCR have been set up
