ICICI Bk evinces interest to give loan to Mission Bhagiratha

Largest private sector lender ICICI Bank today expressed interest in giving loan to the 'Mission Bhagiratha' scheme, the Telangana government said here today.
The scheme envisages supplying piped drinking water to households.
A team of officials from ICICI Bank met state government Chief Secretary S P Singh here today and communicated their interest in supporting the scheme, a state government release said.
The release quoted the bank officials as having said that they will convey their final decision in two weeks.
