ICRA reappoints Naresh Takkar as MD & CEO

ICRA Ltd has reappointed Naresh Takkar as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a period of five years.
"Board of Directors...Have reappointed Naresh Takkar as Managing Director & CEO of the company for a period of five years commencing from July 2, 2015 and valid till July 1, 2020," it said in a filing to BSE.
Moreover, the company has also extended the tenure of Takkar as CEO of the ICRA Group for a period of five years commencing from the date of appointment -- January 30, 2015.
He will be the Group CEO till January 29, 2020, it added.

The appointments are subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, ICRA said.
ICRA shares traded at Rs 4,351.15 apiece on BSE, up 1.93 per cent.
