Srikanth bagged back to back men's singles titles at the Indonesian Open Super Series Premier tournament and the Australian Open Super Series event and was rewarded with a total cash award of Rs six lakh for these two magnificent feats by IDBI Federal, a media release said.
Prannoy was presented with a prize money of Rs 2 lakh for his super display at the Indonesia Super Series Premier event in which he stunned Rio Olympics silver medallist Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia and reigning Olympic champion Chen Long in successive matches to reach the men's singles semi finals.
