The order was passed by Justice Yashvant Verma on a petition filed by Yadav and his son Vijay Pratap challenging a non-bailable warrant as well as an order of attachment passed by a Firozabad court.
Yadav is a close relative of Samajwadi Party patriarchMulayam Singh Yadav.
As per facts of the case, an FIR was lodged on October 9, 2015 at ShikohabadPolice Stationagainst one Prashant and several others in an attempt to murder case.
The high court observed that the petitioners had already filed a revision petition against the summoning order and the same was pending.
