IFB acquires majority stake in Trishan Metals
The Kolkata-based firm acquired 1.2 crore shares of Trishan Metals, amounting to 51.12 per cent of its shareholding, through participation in equity issue.
"The company on July 11, 2016, participated in equity issue of 120,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of Trishan Metals and thereby acquired 51.12 per cent shareholding of Trishan Metals," IFB Industries said in a BSE filing.
