The accused identified as Arbab Khan was absconding since last week, after police raided his house in Chandiyon Ki Dhani and unearthed the illegal arms manufacturing unit.
Arbab was held from Rehwasi Dhani yesterday and is being interrogated, police said, adding, that equipments used in arms manufacturing had also been seized.
