Three people, including two Bangladeshi illegal immigrants, have been arrested and a minor girl allegedly used by them in prostitution rescued here, police said on Thursday.
The arrests of the two foreigners -- Mohammed Sohail Hussain and Visti Hassan -- and Hari, a resident of Vijayawada, were made on Wednesday, based on specific inputs from an NGO- Prajwala, a police release said.
A police official involved in the investigation said they were yet to find out about the persons involved in trafficking the girl from Bangladesh and when she was brought.
Some more accused were still at large, it said adding the Bangladeshi couple had been staying in the city for the past several years.
