'Inclusive partnership needed to achieve clean Ganga mission'

Water Resources Minister Uma Bharati today said the ambitious task of cleaning Ganga can be achieved with sustained efforts and inclusive partnership.
"With sustained efforts and inclusive partnership, we can achieve the ambitious task of Ganga Rejuvenation and set an example for other rivers in the country and abroad," she said while addressing a conference of manufacturers and technology providers for waste water treatment plants here.
In his address, Mission Director for National Mission on Clean Ganga T V S N Prasad announced 'Pilot Facilitation Initiative' for no cost/no commitment, which will enable firms to come forward and support the Ganga mission through incubating a pilot.
