KL Rahul (70) and Suresh Raina (69) scored half-centuries while pacer Kevin O Brien took wickets three for the hosts as the visitors posted a huge 213 for four.
In response, Ireland were all out for just 70 in 12.3 overs as Kuldeep Yadav (3/16) , Yuzvendra Chahal (3/21) and Umesh Yadav (2/19) shared the spoils.
