Indiabulls Housing Fin raises Rs 510 cr through NCDs

Indiabulls Housing Finance today said it has raised Rs 510 crore through issue of non-convertible debentures.
Last year on October 21, the company's board had authorised it to issue debentures.
"The company has today..Alloted secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 510 crore," it said in a regulatory filing.
Indiabulls Housing Finance plans to raise another Rs 275 crore through NCDs.
Shares of the company today closed at Rs 643.80 apiece on BSE, down by 0.36 per cent.
