Indiabulls Real Estate appoints Vishal Damani as Joint MD

Indiabulls Real Estate appointed Vishal Damani as a Director on its board and designated him as Joint Managing Director.
In a filing to the BSE, Mumbai-based Indiabulls Real Estate said that the Board of Directors have appointed Vishal Damani as Director on its board, designated as Joint Managing Director of the company.
The decision to appoint Damani as director was taken in a board meeting held on August 27. The appointment comes into effect from August 27.
Earlier this month, Indiabulls Real Estate reported more than two-fold jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 30 at Rs 90.68 crore on improved realisation.

The company's total income for the April-June period stood at Rs 751.34 crore as against Rs 623.48 crore a year-ago, registering a growth of 20.5 per cent.
