20-year-old Uzma, an Indian national who had travelled to Pakistan earlier this month, told the court that she was made to sign the Nikkah document with a gun on her head.
First Secretary at the Indian High Commission Piyush Singh was present at the court.
Uzma maintained her earlier statement in the court that she was "forced to marry" her Pakistani husband Tahir Ali on gunpoint.
According to the report, Uzma before signing the document was "mercilessly deadened, sedated through sleeping pills and sexually assaulted" at the Wagah Border.
When she re-gained consciousness, she claimed she was in Buner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the report said, adding that she was "tremendously tortured, physically and mentally".
Their lawyer Shahnawaz Noon submitted a written reply to the court that detailed Uzma's version of events, the report said.
Uzma's lawyer aims to get permission from Islamabad to allow her to go back to India. Uzma's visa is said to expire on May 30.
It emerged later that she had sought refuge in the Indian High Commission and later requested to be repatriated back to India.
Uzma had petitioned the IHC on May 12 to provide security for her journey back to Delhi and to issue duplicate travel documents which were allegedly stolen by Tahir.
Tahir had filed a petition, asking the court to arrange a meeting with Uzma and also stop her from going back to India.
