About four-month-old baby girl was crying late last night when her 'mentally unsound' mother strangulated her, police said.
The accused mother identified as Mridula, a resident of MIG colony in RIT, was taken into custody for interrogation, sources said.
Apparently, the accused woman was not 'sound mentally' for last couple of months, the sources added. PTI BS RG
