Haryana State Pollution Control Board has asked all such owners to install incinerators so that dead birds and other wastes could be disposed off easily as there is always a danger of outbreak of epidemics due to the wastes, an official spokesman said here.
He said legal action under Environmental Protection Act would be initiated against those failing to install the incinerators.
