Justice Mudgal Committee today submitted in the Supreme Court its final probe report against N Srinivasan and 12 other capped cricketers in IPL-6 betting and spot-fixing scandal.
A bench headed by Justice T S Thakur said it will consider the report on November 10 when the case will be heard.
Appearing before the bench, senior advocate Raju Ramachandran told the court that the final report has been prepared and is being filed in the apex court.
Meanwhile, Justice Mudgal expressed satisfaction over the the panel's work. He, however, refused to say anything about the content of the report.
"It's up to the Supreme Court whether it finds our work satisfactory. We complied with the order and have done a good job. However, the report has been filed before the court and further it (SC) will decide the course of action," he said while talking to a news channel.
He also said that the panel members were not under pressure while probing the matter.
"We have done our work and now it's up to SC to do justice in the matter," he said.
The court had on September 1 rejected Srinivasan's plea for reinstatement as BCCI President saying he cannot be allowed to take charge till he gets a clean chit from the Committee which was probing him and others in the matter.
The bench had said that probe was going on and Srinivasan could not be allowed to function as BCCI President.
Expressing displeasure over the slow pace of probe, the apex court had asked the panel to complete its investigation within two months and had also allowed it to file interim report against Srinivasan or any other office bearer who is under its scrutiny.
