After the Question Hour, member of independent group Chet Narain Singh demanded a debate on the issue of regularisation of ad hoc teachers.
Chairman Om Prakash Sharma rejected the demand, saying the issue has been raised under different rule during the current session.
SP member Devendra Pratap Singh also wanted cognizance to his notices under different rules but the Chairman did not agree.
After this, some members, including Devendra Pratap, Chet Narayan Singh, Raj Bahadur Singh Chandel and Umesh Trivedi rushed to the Well of the House and raised slogans.
When the House re-assembled the agitated members staged a walkout.
