Ahead of the budget session sttarting tomorrow, BJP leader and former Chief Minister Arjun Munda today termed the Hemant Soren-led government in Jharkhand as 'non-performing'.
"It's a non-performing government with everyone (allies) working in their own interests," Munda said and cited a reported statement by Rural Development Minister Chandra Sekhar Dubey (Congress) undermining his chief minister.
Echoing Munda's observations, CPI (ML-Liberation) MLA Vinod Kumar Singh said, "We will raise three important issues during the budget session, which were promised by the government during the winter session," Singh said.
"The government had assured that minor mineral (sand) would be handled by locals, there would a local policy and the government would ensure vacancies to provide more jobs to the people. But none is visible on the ground," Singh claimed.
The session would end on March 7 with the budget being presented on February 21.
