J-K governor briefs VP about internal and external security arrangements

Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra today briefed vice president Venkaiah Naidu about internal and external security management in the state, an official spokesman said.

Vohra also briefed him about the growth and development of the state, the spokesman said.

The vice president arrived here this morning and attended a function organised by the Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM).

The governor particularly informed the vice president about the consequences of the recent recurring violations of the ceasefire agreement across the International Border (IB) and Line of Control (LoC) in the state.
