J&K Min visits flood-hit Rajouri, assures relief to affected

Jammu and Kashmir minister Shabir Ahmad Khan today visited flood-affected areas of Rajouri district and assured the affected families that relief would be distributed at the earliest.
Khan, the Minister of State for Health, asked district administration to assess the damages caused to property and crops due to recent rains and floods so that immediate relief could be extended to the affected families.
He also asked the authorities to restore public utilities in the affected areas for convenience of the people.
He assured the people that the government would take all possible steps to compensate them at the earliest.
