"The SVC received 207 cases from the SAC. Out of these, 21 cases were listed for proceedings at the Commission's office at Jammu and 16 cases were disposed off," the spokesman said.
Further proceedings in rest of the cases are being initiated, he said .
The Commission has also received some complaints directly from the public, which are being attended to, the spokesman said.
"The Commission is presently functioning out its Jammu Camp office and will start operating from its Srinagar office soon," he added.
