The Jharkhand Passengers' Association today welcomed the Rail Budget, saying Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu has presented a progressive and constructive budget.
"Passengers' insurance facility is praiseworthy," association secretary, Prem Kataruka, said in a press release here.
