Director Ram Gopal Varma is re-visiting his "Sarkar" franchise. He has begun work on the third installment of the film and has already got Bachchan on board once again as Subhash Nagre.
"The director is now in talks with Jackie Shroff for 'Sarkar 3'. He (Jackie) has been approached for the role of a villain. He has liked his role but he is yet to sign the film as the dates and other formalities are being worked out," sources said.
The shooting will begin this year in Mumbai and abroad.
It would be for the first time after Vidhu Vinod Chopra's "Eklavya" that Big B and Jackie would be teaming up for a film.
Presently, Big B is looking forward to the release of "Pink".
