Jailor acquitted

The court of
Additional District Judge III, Rajnandan Rai today acquitted the jailor of Divisonal jail, Chaibasa and two other in connection with the escape of three naxalite from the jail in 2011.
Dlivering the Judgement, the judge has acquitted the jailer Md. Samsuddin, Wardner Kamal and a constable Luis Tigga for lack of evidence against them.
The then superintendent of the jail, Kishore Lakra had held the three responsible for the escape of the ultras-Nirbha, Sandeep and Dhiren, who had managed to escape from the jail on 16th January,2011, and lodged a FIR in this connection.
