Jaquar Lighting aims Rs 350 cr turnover by FY19

Sanitary ware company Jaquar Group today said its lighting division is expected to grow over three times by the next financial year, taking its turnover to Rs 350 crore.
The company, which currently has a turnover of Rs 100 crore, has roped in Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone as the brand ambassador for its lighting vertical.
Jaquar Lighting aims to grow by over three times by the next financial year, taking its current turnover of Rs 100 crore to Rs 350 crore, it said in a statement.
"Jaquar Lighting is pushing the boundaries of commercial lighting to come up with some of the most advanced, energy saving and high performance lighting systems," Jaquar Lighting Director Ranbir Mehra said.
The company aims to triple its retail stores from 1,000 currently to 3,000 by the end of the first quarter of 2017, through its marketing campaign.
"The aggressive marketing campaign will help us grow from 1,000 retail stores to 3,000 by the first quarter of 2017," Mehra said.
Jaquar Group Promoter and Director Rajesh Mehra said, "Jaquar Group's philosophy of attaining global quality standards ensures that our lighting products have high durability and excellent aesthetics".
