JBM Auto Ltd today reported 61.15 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 23.56 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2018.
The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 14.62 crore in the year-ago quarter, JBM Auto said in a BSE filing.
Revenue from operations during the fourth quarter was at Rs 447.45 crore. It was at Rs 433.74 crore in the corresponding period in the previous year.
The two figures are not comparable as revenue from operations is taken as net of GST after implementation of GST in July last year.
For the year 2017-18, consolidated net profit was at Rs 81.13 crore as against Rs 71.92 crore in the previous fiscal, up 12.8 per cent, it said.
Revenue from operations for the year stood at Rs 1,687.01 crore. In the previous fiscal it was at Rs 1,693.48 crore.
