Jeremy Renner sells house for USD 24 million

Actor Jeremy Renner of "Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol" and "The Hurt Locker" fame has sold his Bel Air estate for USD 24 million after paying USD 7 million for the posh property three years ago.
The 42-year-old, who works with interior designer Kristoffer Winters on his real estate dealings, marketed the six-bedroom, nine-and-a-half bathroom abode as fit for a 21st century Howard Hughes, reported Radar Online.
The 10,000 sq foot home, which sits on two acres of property, was remodeled in the roaring 20's Art Deco style, and includes garish amenities such five fireplaces, a home theater and ceilings 14-feet high.

Renner, who's a new father, told David Letterman last year he and Winters have bought and sold more than 20 homes in the past 10 years.
