Jet Airways announces 2 new direct flights from Kerala to Doha

Jet Airways today announced two new direct flights from Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode to Doha, effective from tomorrow.
Initially, the flights will operate three days a week, till May 31. Subsequently, these flights will be revised with new timings to operate on a daily basis, Jet Airways said in a statement.
With the launch of these two new flights, Jet Airways now connects Doha with three cities in Kerala, complementing the current daily direct service from Kochi.
Raj Sivakumar, Chief Commercial Officer, Jet Airways, said "Jet Airways has established itself as a preferred airline on the Indo-Gulf sector and our new flights to Qatar further reinforces our presence on this busy route."

"India has strong economic and cultural ties with the region and it is our endeavour to enhance connectivity between India and the Arabian Gulf for the benefit of its people," he said.
At present, Jet Airways operates four daily flights to Doha from India (two from Mumbai and one each from Delhi and Kochi).
As part of the inaugural offer, Jet Airways has introduced attractive fares on the Thiruvananthapuram-Doha and Kozhikode-Doha routes, it added.
