Jharkhand has immense potential: Governor

Jharkhand Governor Droupadi Murmu today said the state has immense potential and was moving towards inclusive growth and employment-oriented.
"... There is immense potential in the state and it has been proved," Murmu said addressing the Valedictory Session of the first Jharkhand Global Investors' Summit here.
She said the state, which was created on November 15, 2000, proved to the world that it is resourceful and has the capacity to be in the development race.
The Governor said Chief Minister Raghubar Das, his Cabinet and officials should be congratulated, adding the first Summit has proved that the state, having potential, has the capability to be first in development.

She said that the nature has endowed Jharkhand with abundance of resources, and the present government organising a successful event has proved that Jharkhand has the ability to be at the pinnacle in development.
She said the government was committed to develop inclusively, adding the policies would successfully help in the functioning of industries and the system would remain your (industrialists) partner.
She said the government was moving through inclusive growth and employment-oriented and assured economic development in all areas and all people.
