Jind, Karnal will also be included in NCR: Hooda

Haryana Chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said that Jind and Karnal districts of the state will also be included in the National Capital Region.
The Chief Minister told reporters here that he had put forward the proposal in this regard at the meeting of the National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB).
"It was decided in the NCRPB meeting that Jind and Karnal districts will also be included in the NCR," he said.
The chief minister expressed hope that the inclusion of these districts in the NCR, along with Bhiwani and Mahendragarh districts, will fast-pace the process of development there.
