The petition, filed by Ashok Singh and others. Sought quashment of JDA advertisement regarding allotment of plots in village Birpur in view of some dispute over demarcation of land.
Last week, the JDA floated advertisement for allotment of 1600 residential plots in Roopnagar, Kotbalwal, Birpur and Golegujral colonies in Jammu city.
