"The Railway Budget is totally hollow for the state with nothing new for people of Jammu and Kashmir," JKPCCC Chief Spokesman Ravinder Sharma said.
He claimed that it has offered nothing new to the state, which is a matter of great "concern and resentment" as there were lots of hopes generated by the Modi Government and BJP to the people of the sensitive border state.
He alleged the NDA Government has totally ignored the genuine aspiration and needs of the people of the state.
