The 39-year-old musician disclosed that the show will feature tracks set ranging from a full band to solo acoustic performances by him, reported Entertainment Weekly.
Mayer's performances will be supported by the sets from the John Mayer Trio.
The Grammy-winning singer was evidently out of the music scene since 2013's Paradise Valley and followed by the tour in 2014, but had announced last year that his seventh studio album will be released in waves of songs.
