The actor took part in a hand painting class for Valspar's Hearts & Hands for Habitat initiative, which auctions off colourful prints of celebrities' digits for the Habitat for Humanity organisation, reported Us magazine.
The charity will use the cash raised from the sale to pay for response programs after natural disasters in America such as the recent Oklahoma tornados or Hurricane Sandy, which battered the country's East Coast last year.
"Check out the hand print I made for Hearts & Hands for Habitat (with) Valspar Paint (sic) to benefit Habitat! Bid on auction," Duhamel posted on Twitter.
