The award had not been declared for the last three years.
Laxman Joshi, veteran scribe from Nagpur, has been selected for the award for 2011, Vijay Kuwalekar from Pune for 2012 and Dinkar Raikar for 2013, Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis said here today.
Joshi is currently editor of Lokshahi Varta, while Raikar is the group editor of Lokmat. Kuwalekar has worked as editor with Sakal group.
The award, which consists of Rs one lakh cash prize, would be given away on February 4 at the Y B Chavan Centre here.
