"Our party will support all the 14 candidates of the JVM contesting in Jharkhand," JPP president Surya Singh Besra said at a joint press conference here with Marandi.
Asked what happened to JPP's alliance with the TMC as had been announced on February 25 in Kolkata, Besra alleged that his party snapped the ties after the TMC fielded candidates facing corruption charges in Jharkhand.
The JPP has not fielded any candidate in the 14 seats going to polls on April 10, 17 and 24.
