JTDC, Hospitality gp rolls out common man's 'thali'

Moving a step forward to attract tourists, a recently developed joint venture by the Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation" (JTDC) and a reputed Hospitality group with an aim to promote tourism in the state, has launched a whole meal combo "Johar Ki Thaali" to reach out to the common people.
The restaurant "Johar", a word to greet people in the state, of JTDC and The Kannelite Hotel, launched the 'Johar Ki Thaali', a variety regional cuisines served in fusion style, the General Manager of the Hotel, Ranjit Kumar said here today.
He said the combo meal was specially designed keeping in mind the vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian choices in which to freshen organic drinks, salad, papad, veg starter, Paneer, three kinds of vegetables, Rajasthani Kadhi, four flavored chapati, dal, rice and two kinds of dessert will be served in a style.

"We have initiated this to promote the local and regional food across the country," he said.
