"National Green Tribunal (NGT) has passed an oral order dated May 31, 2017 allowing restart of the manufacturing operations of company's distillery unit at Gajraula from June 1, 2017 subject to certain stipulations," Jubilant Life Sciences said in a filing to BSE.
Pursuant to the order, the company has restarted operations of the distillery unit with effect from today, it added.
"With this, manufacturing operations of all the company's units at Gajraula have resumed," Jubilant Life Sciences said.
Shares of Jubilant Life Sciences ended 2.08 per cent up at Rs 742.65 on BSE today.
