The "Veep" actor, who announced her battle with breast cancer last September, posted her first picture after the operation.
"Hoorah! Great doctors, great results, feeling happy and ready to rock after surgery. Hey cancer, 'F**k you!' Here's my first post-op photo," she wrote.
The 57-year-old actor, however, did not disclose when she underwent the surgery.
Louis-Dreyfus received her cancer diagnosis a day after her Emmy win for the Best Actress for her role as Selina Meyer in the HBO show.
According to Fox News, she is currently scheduled to begin filming the seventh and final season of "Veep" in August.
