The 19-year-old 'Baby' hitmaker headed to Bang Bang Tattoo after partying the whole night and added another tattoo to his collection. The art was inked by artist Keith McCurdy, reported New York Post.
"Justin said the tattoo was about his mother always watching over him, kind of like a protection. He said it hurt because it's a difficult place to tattoo, so he asked me to hurry up. He wants more tattoos. He likes realistic stuff," McCurdy said.
A year ago Bieber got his 'Believe' tattoo from McCurdy.
