The 22-year-old singer said that she may consider a more mellow career when she is "an older woman", reported Digital Spy.
"I don't like to jump the gun but I definitely am interested in doing some sort of jazz at some point," Banks said.
"I just see myself... When I'm an older woman I don't think I'll be trying to make pop music or urban music or young music. I see myself sitting at a piano writing songs.
"I feel like it's all gonna come from maturity and life and growing as an adult. I'm sure I'll have some other love affair that'll inspire me to write some other stuff, I'm sure one day I'll have a kid and that'll inspire me," she said.
