Bieber's driver was apparently speeding away from paparazzi when the collision happened.
The 20-year-old singer was in the back seat of the car on Tuesday when it was hit by a BMW as it pulled out of a parking lot near Bouchon restaurant in Beverly Hills, said the Hollywood Reporter.
"There was a non-injury traffic accident and no charges were filed," a spokesperson for the Beverly Hills Police Department said.
The officer was unable to confirm if Bieber was a passenger in the car, but said: "we know there was a vehicle that was possibly connected to him" involved in the crash.
