Kalpana Mittal appointed new Principal Resident Commissioner

Punjab Government today appointed IAS Kalpana Mittal Baruah as Principal Resident Commissioner at Punjab Bhawan in New Delhi.
She has also been given additional responsibility of the Principal Resident Commissioner (Industrial Liaison and Investment Promotion) in New Delhi, an official release said.
