The 32-year-old 'Keeping Up With the Kardashian' star is expecting her first child with 35-year-old rapper, reported Hollywood life.
Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian were set to meet the judge on April 12, regarding their divorce trial, but Kris never showed up.
"It's just sad this is taking so long, and this dude is going to try to drag this on forever," said a source.
Kardashian married Humphries in a widely publicised ceremony in August, 2011 but filed for divorce just after 72 days of marriage.
