The 38-year-old rap star posted a series of tweets before taking the stage on "Saturday Night Live" to make the bizarre claim about his personal finances, reported CNN.
In one of his messages, he shared, "I write this to you my brothers while still 53 million dollars in personal debt... Please pray we overcome... This is my true heart..."
He later begged his fans to subscribe to Tidal where his new album "The Life of Pablo" was exclusively streamed.
"Please for all music lovers. Please subscribe to tidal!!! I decided not to sell my album for another week. Please subscribe to tidal," he wrote.
