Instead of moving to the UK with Kardashian, the 36-year-old rapper decided to invest in creating their own version of the show's title home in Los Angeles, reported Contactmusic.
"Both Kanye and Kim love the UK. They think it is so quaint and beautiful. Kanye is fascinated by European history, the aristocracy and the British royals.
"He loves watching 'Downton' Abbey' on television and it's exactly the kind of place he would like to live in. They discussed moving to the UK, but in the end they agreed on bringing a bit of Britain to Los Angeles," a source said.
