After submitting his papers to the Returning officer, Prabhakar appealed to the people of his constituency to allow him to serve them again while saying that he succeeded in developing the constituency and also fought for the formation of a separate state.
He also informed that Congress president Sonia Gandhi will arrive in Karimnagar for poll campaigning on April 16.
