The three day meeting, to be held at Karunya University, will discuss and review various project and research proposals submitted by scientists, IITs and various educational institutions and decide about allocation of funds, a university release said today.
Dr P G Rao, Vice Chancellor of Meghalaya University of Science and Technology will chair the meeting and Dr Rajeev Sharma, Member Secretary of DST, coming under ministry of Science and technology, will be the guest of honour.
Vice-Chancellors of various universities, professors of different IITs and eminent scientists would participate in the meeting, the release said.
