The 42-year-old supermodel and the aristocrat's recent trip to Hydra is believed to inspired the blonde beauty to want to hold a "low-key" ceremony on the Saronic Island, reported Female First.
The wedding plans, however, will only take place once Moss' divorce from her estranged The Kills rocker husband Jamie Hince, 47 is finalised.
"Both want a low-key ceremony with a handful of friends and family. The plan is to head back to London to celebrate with a larger group," a source said.
"They fell in love with Greece after jetting there last month and got the ball rolling by planning the wedding while out there.
